Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) has systematic approach to the assessment and correction of muscular imbalances in the human body. It is designed to balance the muscular system. Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) provides the tools to identify restrictions in motion and joint instability relating to muscle tightness and weakness. Corrective exercise is a term used to describe the systematic process of identifying a neuromusculoskeletal dysfunction, developing a plan of action, and implementing an integrated corrective strategy. This process requires knowledge and application of an integrated assessment process, corrective program design, and exercise technique. Collectively, the three-step process is to: Identify the problem (integrated assessment), Solve the problem (corrective program design), and Implement the solution (exercise technique).  Solving the identified neuromusculoskeletal problems will require a systematic plan. Performance Enhancement Specialist

Performance Enhancement Specialist consists of several training principles.  Human Performance Testing which is a Fitness Assessment or Problem Solving method that provides me with the information I need to deliver the best exercises for you.  Program Design consists of 4 parts, movement Prep Programs and round 1, 2 and 3 Training.

Coaching and Implementation will allow me to design an effective program for not only 1 on 1 Training but also for a large group and finally Nutrition and Supplementation which will give an individual the edge.  Sports Performance Specialist Training is to prevent injury, decrease body fat, increase lean muscle mass, and increase athletic performance for the athletes. That will also include flexibility, core function, balance, power, speed, agility, quickness, strength, and sport-specific cardiorespiratory efficiency.
