Sports Performance Specialist Training is to prevent injury, decrease body fat, increase lean muscle mass, and increase athletic performance for the athletes. That will also include flexibility, core function, balance, power, speed, agility, quickness, strength, and sport-specific cardiorespiratory efficiency.
Q: How do we show progression?
When designing an integrated sports performance program I will perform a comprehensive sports performance assessment. After this is done we start by designing programs from slow to fast, known to unknown, stable to controlled-dynamic functional movement, low force to high force and correct execution to increased intensity.
